It’s time to make the critical shift from leading the business by yourself to leading an organization of people. At P2Excellence, we help you navigate the uncharted territories of organizational growth with clarity and confidence.

Have a safe and happy 4th of July!

This 4th of July let's take a moment to pause. We are celebrating 244 years of America. Imagine! And for all the challenges, progress, and mistakes, we continue to be a work in progress. This year's celebration will be different for sure. I am quite sure, however, that in our history, it's not the first time this birthday party has felt a little off kilter. While we are hopefully enjoying a socially distanced picnic or two with friends and family, we will all be celebrating our goodness and reflecting on the work that remains. As we re-commit to our ideals, I am reminded of the quote by President Bill Clinton: "There is nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured with what is right in America."

This 4th of July, let us all salute the Spirit of America and strive to make our future healthier - better. One more quote to consider - this one from Harry Truman: "America was not built on fear. America was built on courage, on imagination and an unbeatable determination to do the job at hand."

Enjoy the day. It's very much worth celebrating! Be safe, and be resolute and optimistic that together we can make the American Dream ever stronger.

From P2Excellence to YOU..have a safe and happy 4th of July!
