It’s time to make the critical shift from leading the business by yourself to leading an organization of people. At P2Excellence, we help you navigate the uncharted territories of organizational growth with clarity and confidence.

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, an armistice, or temporary cessation of hostilities, was declared between the Allied nations and Germany in the First World War, then known as "the Great War." Commemorated as Armistice Dav beginning the following year, November 1th became a legal federal holiday in the United States in 1938. In the aftermath of World War Il and the Korean War, Armistice Day became Veterans Day, a holiday dedicated to American veterans of all wars.

Just about everyone knows someone in their lives or their family's history who has served our country at war time and at peace. Take a few moments to reflect on the great gift of liberty we possess thanks to them.

We'll be back in two weeks with some great "People, Performance, Excellence" news you can use!
